Yessss! the gym or home workout will do you more good, I find it very fascinating and appealing seeing the gents with their hot bodies and the ladies in their summer bikini wears at the beach or pool side. You can actually get your dream summer body when you start working out, to keep you fit and in shape. As a plus size lady, all I want is to curb excess fat and MOST especially keep FIT, I’m sure you don’t want me panting like a hunted bear while enjoying beach time out. 2. Explore your Creative Sides!
Yes, dearies! Great weather can make us feel very inspired, creative, and daring. It is a brilliant idea to monitor and take note of your little wins when starting a new activity or challenge, This is to encourage you as you begin to attain your goals.
It could be reaching a new personal best in completing a task, running to a certain destination, or surprising yourself by overcoming your fears and trying a new activity (like swimming, diving, going for therapy, volunteering, community work, drawing/painting), this is actually a great way to stay motivated and to begin new habits.
